Refund & Return Policy

Edumitra ERP is leading school and coaching management software serving educational institutions across the country. We are located in Saharsa, Bihar 852201. As solution provider to schools and coachings Edumitra ("we", "our", "school") is committed to protecting the money of the parents, guardians. Payment is directly credited into the account of the respective school. Edumitra ERP just acts as platform to facilitate the process smoothly. As integrator of the payment services of the onboarded schools there is a refund policy for all online payments made through its official website or authorized payment gateways.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
  • Technical error resulting in multiple deductions by the payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Payments

  • Admission fee, registration fee, and application/form fee are non-refundable.
  • Tuition fee and other school charges once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by School Management.
  • Payment gateway platform charges or bank charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted with valid transaction proof/receipt.
  • After verification and approval by the respective School Accounts Department, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used at the time of payment.

Failed Transactions

If the amount is deducted from your account but the payment status shows failed, the refund is generally processed automatically by the payment gateway or bank within 5–7 working days. If not received, please contact the School Accounts Office with your transaction details.

No Return Policy

Since the services provided by the School are educational in nature, there is no return of services once availed.
